I fell in love with weaving when I took my first weaving class at the Community College in Amarillo, Texas.

During the following years and several moves I studied under many experienced weavers and practiced various weaving techniques.  The next step began by offering private lessons for beginners and advanced students. 

 

After retirement and a move to Cloudcroft I started giving lessons again at the Tunnel Art Gallery. Then  the gallery closed, and  a new home had to found.

Serendipity Struck.  The community center at the Cloudcroft Library was offered to the Weavers & Spinners Guild and the High Valley Weaving School.   The facility was even the home economics classroom when the building was the Cloudcroft High School.  A  35 year trail has lead me home.
