High Valley Weaving School offers a 40 hour Basic Weaving class plus various workshops such as Intermediate Weaving, Rag Rug
Weaving, Tapestry Techniques and more.
The school is open Thursday, Friday & Saturday for students, experienced weavers and spinners for instructions, workshops and demonstrations. There are floor looms for use on a first come first served basis. The "Yarn Basket" is full of wonderful yarns and fiber at very low prices.
High Valley Weaving School has become an international school with students from Patagonia, France, Germany, Syria, China, Taiwan, Mexico and more.

The High Valley Weaving School is located in the library building in Cloudcroft, New Mexico. This village is within the Lincoln National Forest and its high elevation allows for a relatively mild summer that makes it a popular tourist attraction in West Texas and New Mexico.
